A precinct within the Port Elizabeth city was selected and, as part of a team, interrogated at different scales to understand its surroundings and then later selecting a site within this newly developed context as part of a mini thesis proposal in preparation for a thesis to follow.

Mini Treatise Project: Students were tasked to select a project of their choice within a given precinct. I selected to design a performing Arts School and Theater within a cultural precinct in the Port Elizabeth CBD.

Students were tasked with designing post graduate Student Research Center for a Nelson Mandela University campus for a 4th year M.Arch project

A Student Accommodation to house 500 students: The project had to be made within the grounds of NMU or off campus in the CBD of Port Elizabeth.
The building had to house students as well as provide resources that could be used after hours for study purposes as well as ancillary resources such as gyms and stores.

A 3rd year project brief: Create an entertainment and business area which included a go-kart track.
The project could be used for business to have office events and team building function. The accommodation schedule would also include; an arcade, restaurant and service area for the track.
