A series of micro apartments aimed at first time home owners looking to get into the property market as well as a retail base. Arrived at late stage 3, getting into design choices and elements and working n building a Revit model for rendering purposes along with council and future use technical drawings.

Woodstock Housing Site D
A multi level complex building looking to house low income earners as well as having market related apartments and offices available.
Assigned to be part of the design team to ensure clients brief on social housing matters and to meet viability through market related apartments/retail elements. Creating an armature for pedestrians moving to and from Woodstock Train Station and the Cape Town City train station. A safe and scale sensitive building with refuge in the form of courtyards within.

POD_Idlaldla
A modular, prefabricated nano-home designed off site and delivered in sections and completed on site. Worked on POD_Idladla from early design phase to construction completion at Nirox, including initial construction at Sanlam Handmade Contemporary Fair.

The Matrix cc.
A short period of time was spent at The Matrix CC in Port Elizabeth doing final works inspections on a student res for NMMU. Along with this I also worked on a book that was being put together at the time by Albrecht Heroldt about architectural conservation in South Africa.
